Your SunCash account can be loaded at any SunCash store or Agent, Voucher or Gift Card, Bank Transfer and by any of your MasterCard/Visa branded Debit/Credit Cards. We are constantly working to provide our customers with more loading options and we will inform you by e-mail as soon as new possibilities become available.
Log in to your SunCash account, and click on Load. You will then need to enter your debit/credit card details. If you have already loaded your SunCash account with the same card before, you will not be required to re-type all your card details. Please remember that the cardholder name of the loading Debit/Credit Card must be the same as the SunCash account holder.
If you load your SunCash account by Debit/Credit Card, your funds will be immediately available on you SunCash account. If you request a friend to send you funds (by $Cash tag, e-mail or if your friend is a SunCash customer) the amount will be available in your wallet as soon as your friend submits the transfer.
The cost of load varies according to the card you want to use. (i.e. Debit/Credit, Visa/MasterCard, etc.) So, when you select your card from the list, the total amount (all fees included) will be displayed transparently. When you change your card, the total amount will be updated accordingly, if needed.

Once you use your debit/credit card for the first time, the system will allow you to retrieve the details each time you need. In addition, you can save your debit/credit card details anytime from your SunCash account menu.
SunCash, in order to provide you with the most secure option in saving your debit/credit card details, uses an external provider with many years of experience in this field.
No, this is not possible. All cards linked to your SunCash account must be issued to your name.
A transaction can be unsuccessful for several reasons: your card details were not entered correctly, your card has expired, you do not have sufficient funds in your bank account, or your card is not Visa/MasterCard branded. If, after checking all these possibilities you still have issues in loading your funds, do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service.
Loading funds by debit/credit card is an immediate action so, once you click on the confirm button on your SunCash account, the request can be cancelled but please contact with us immediately so that we can have a look and try to reverse it. Yet again this subject to a certain amount of fee.
